Phone delivered on time and as per spec. Contract correctly set up with O2 and we had ported the number within 48 hours. May have been reconditioned, but looked as new. Waiting to see if the cash back process is as smooth. Only gotcha may be that when O2 set up the contract (and hence the name on the bill) they used the joint bank account details as the account name - going to see if I can get it changed in case it causes problems when it comes to cashback time.
