Having accidentally ordered the wrong phone, Mobiles was very supportive and responsive to help quickly replace with the correct model. At this point I would have given top marks.
However the replacement arrived without a sim. On contacting Mobiles I was told they couldn't send me a replacement, that I had to contact the network provider and wait a week for this. Or I could go into the providers high street shop and get one. All very inconvenient and leaves me without a phone for a few days!
Why is the customer expected to correct your mistake? Shouldn't you send someone to your local high street shop to get a replacement and then post it for next day delivery? Isn't this real customer service?
Unfortunately I cannot give you a top rating because of this failing.
