The ordering and delivery of the phone was flawless. However despite me ticking and entering details to confirm that this was an upgrade to my current EE contract which is expiring, my new phone has been started as a completely new contract. This means that I either have to return my new phone, or have a new mobile number as I will be unable to keep my old one as you cannot change numbers over on the same network. Mobiles.co.uk have been less then helpful and have no real solution. I am now going to have to pay for 2 phone contracts whilst I try and sort this mess out. I hope they try and put this situation right.
