Best price I could find for both the phone and the contract. It was delivered when I asked for, delivery by DPD was faultless. I had no reason to contact customer service so I can't comment on that. The website was however very slow to update, So slow that I got the email saying my phone had been dispatched a few hours after I had taken delivery. For the bargain price you do have to do some of the work, I had to arrange porting of the number myself, not that this is difficult though. All in all a very positive experience. But I suppose everything went smoothly and to my mind you don't ever find out how good a company is until something goes wrong. Would I use again - I have no reason to think I wouldn't, as i said I couldn't find it cheaper. Thanks
