I thought I had upgraded my phone but instead I had started a new contract in error it was important to me to keep my number so they told me to go into car phone warehouse and they would help me with some sort of triangulation where a number of sim cards are used and a couple of pak codes are needed... Carphone warehouse were as helpful as they could be but I wasn't happy with the customer service from mobile.co UK so I returned the phone and cancelled the contract!!
