"I still haven't had my refund a month after I returned phone. I have called 3 times and each time I have been promised by customer services that they would call me back after speaking to their accounts Department. I feel that I am being fobbed off. You have held onto my £135 for more than 4 weeks. This is not acceptable. I would like this resolved asap.
