I've just received my second contract phone via Mobiles.co.uk. I was sceptical when I first ordered a phone 2 years ago with a cash back redemption, but I have to say the redemption process was very straight forward and all cheques were received promptly (I did heed advice about possible difficulties getting hold of an advisor on the phone so made sure I kept all the order details etc, so that I could access my account online easily. Had I lost the order number at any point over the last 2 years I think I may have struggled to access my account). Mobiles.co.uk telephoned me at the end of the two year contract and offered an extremely reasonable upgrade deal on a Refurb iPhone 7 (on O2 again). Again I was slightly sceptical, about the refurb phone this time, but decided to give it a go. It arrived very promptly and looks brand new. It took quite a while for iTunes to download and restore the phone (which got me concerned at first, but a quick Google search confirmed it can take a while) and then there was no problem to get it set up and it is working perfectly. Having received a direct call from Mobiles.co.uk (a Bristol number) I have saved this number so I will easily be able to get in contact with them should I need it. Based on my experience, I would recommend Mobiles.co.uk, they certainly seem to have by far the best prices out there.
