I smashed the screen on my new phone within days of getting it and have found it impossible to contact Customer Services. So I subsequently am unable to claim for a replacement on the insurance. If this is so difficult within days of receiving my phone then how difficult will it be to claim back the 'cash back' off my bill after six months?
Steer clear of this lot, I wish I had, better to pay a bit more and actually receive some attempt at customer service rather than this complete lack it, utterly hopeless.
