Until the phone arrived, I was very impressed with the ordering procedure and the great delivery time. Since then, the phone worked only when it was first switched on and hasn't worked since. The documentation says it may take 48 hrs but this is now 4 days later. Tried to use live chat but got fed up after no response for at least 15 mins. Phoned customer service at 10p a minute and was advised the wait time was 4 mins. 10 mins later someone finally answered and took nearly another 10 mins to decide I should take the phone to an O2 shop! Great help at a cost of £2, not. Thanks.
