The only fault I have to complain about is when I upgraded with yourselves I was told I did not have to do any thing. I wished to keep my number that I have had for years and was told you would take care of it. I waited all weekend for the change over and come this morning ( Monday) iPhones yourselves and was told that I had to get in touch with 02 myself. This was very misleading information and come this evening I still have not been able to use my new phone. Very disappointing.
