Spoke to Hannah ? (not sure of spelling) on 21st July who was excellent, very helpful and arranged a good deal on a Sim only upgrade - only blip was I then received two confirmation emails yesterday with two different order numbers ?
Spoke to Hamal ? (not sure of spelling) today who again was very helpful and rectified the duplication.
Overall good, happy service from both.
