I understand things go wrong but I am so disappointed that no one has tried to follow this up or correct it . I ordered an iPhone 8 for my sons birthday on Wednesday the 11th of October , the original call was good and we ordered an o2 £39 15gb deal. I was surprised with no email confirmation , I phoned on the 12th and the deal was confirmed but very unruptly . I then received an email confirming O2 10gb deal which was incorrect . I phoned again and spoke to Mia , she was not helpful to start and did not want to help . I said I would cancel and reorder with another company , she pusuaded me not to and said she would order the 15gb sim and fast track it to me . She emailed to confirm this . Due to the lack of faith I phoned on Monday 16th and spoke to James , he was very confident but did not really get the emotion of my sons birthday . He found me a 30GB deal for the same money but did not want to commit to an email of confirmation , which worried me . I then phoned today Tuesday the 17th not to my surprise order still not in its way . Jay Patel said it will take 3-5 days which will now mean it may miss my sons birthday . Again mistakes may happen but every call person has failed to deliver the promise , and would not let me speak to a manager . I am hoping that a member of the senior team will step in and rescue my sons birthday . I also hope the sim arrives as it is a fantastic deal , the problem with great deals they don’t need great service just efficient execution . Regards Simon Tuffill
