I tried to order two mobiles (one as a present) both with the same network and there was no indication when I was paying that there was a problem. Only one phone arrived (the most expensive obviously) so I had to ring to find out the issue. I have since returned the phone unopened and I'm now awaiting a refund AND cancellation of the contract....let's hope it's completed within the 14 days of notification!
