You provide a fast and efficient service. BUT there was not sufficient information on how to set up the smartphone and on how it functions. We're not all technology savvy and when you're using a new (for you) product, some help is required. The leaflet enclosed with the phone was pitiful. That may be Samsung's problem but I think you'd gain brownie points by producing your own idiot guide. It's fine ordering from the internet but I had to go a bricks and mortar shop to be shown the basics.
