I am very unsatisfied. I realized I had chosen the wrong tariff for me minutes after I had placed an order. Right there and then, I send several messages to cancel my order. However, they sent me the phone anyways and my request was completely ignored. AS a result, I had to send the phone back and paid postage which was not cheap, 8 pounds for an unwanted item. The whole situation would have been avoided if they would have cared to read my messages. I would not recommend mobiles.co.uk
