I would have given a very good had the one element not let down the overall experience. I got great online help from Peter and Patrick but once my order was submitted I heard nothing back for 2/3 days to say it was accepted and progressing to the next step. So I sat not knowing and wondering if I should go somewhere else. Not good at all.
