I was happy with the service I received from the point of ordering to receiving emails ans texts about delivery however today I have not been happy as the item I ordered was not delivered to my neighbours house as expected. I was given the option so replied with details of my neighbours house. Received a replying acknowledging my text. Since I knew I was out I wanted to come home and surprise my son with his mobile phone after being away on a trip. This did not happen aa the driver came to my house and not gone to my neighbours house to deliver as requested.
I am unhappy with this service as it has caused some inconvenience. I have had to ring from my mobile to contact the delivery people which means I have been charged for the call. Not only that I have not been able to.surprise my son with his new phone.
I was told that I had to pay a fee of £5. If your delivery clients cannot rely msgs onto their drivers this causes alot of inconveniences for customers like myself. I have now have to stay home tomorrow to await delivery. I had to cancel my plans too.
I hope you can give feedback to your clients about this and improve communication between the centre and drivers so this does not happen again.
