I have rec'd my first bill.
I took out a cheap and cheerful contract which should of been £11.99 per month but £100 cash back and anytime 500 mins. However this bill is £16.32. It doesnt make sense and im getting charged for itemised billing when I have not asked for BILL!!! The agreeement is direct debit so its not rocker science and I dont need a bill. Really not impressed with the mis-sell of a product and actual cost per month. So wheres my cash back?
