Zoe - the sales assistant that I dealt with was fantastic - however, despite my phone not being due to arrive until Tuesday 26th August at the earliest, my existing provider cut my service just hours after my upgrade was processed on Friday 22nd August. I had to deal with the repercussions of this myself at a great cost in terms of £ and time. I sincerely hope that this wouldn't happen again if I were to use mobiles.co.uk.
