Pretty good website, very good value for money. However, i do have a slight issue with the fact we ordered a phone off the site that was showing as 'in stock', but an hour or two later after ordered i got an email to say it was not in stock. I checked the next morning and the website said they were in stock. I made a phone call and was able to switch the colour of the phone to one that was in stock - so presumably the 'in stock' was referring to the phone make and model, but not the particular colour model - so this can be misleading. Their support/helpline was very good though, and it was all sorted.
