I called to check up about something on my contract and ended up buying an accessory for my phone as the lady was just pushing all sorts of products on me. Product arrives and does not work with my phone case. I phone them up to return and get put on hold for the most part of 30 minutes, for them to tell me they will be sending an accessory bundle including a phone case that will work with said product. I walk away thinking, it's not what i want, but hopefully it'll do. Only for me to find out that that phone call has cost me just over £17. So now this "accessory bundle" is probably not even worth what it cost me, to phone and resolve an issue caused by them. I don't even want to contact them to complain about this, as it will just cost me more! Absolutely furious. I will be contacting Resolver and any other outside source to find a way to resolve this situation without putting me further in debt.
