The Web-site and ease of use was great but it was let down firstly by the fact that the stated delivery date on the site was 25/08/14 which was perfect but, the programmers forgot to check the calender since it was a bank holiday and the delivery was therefore automatically changed to 26/08/14 with no apology etc. Secondly, the delivery company helpfully offered a change of delivery address which I took advantage of because the delivery date was changed unilaterally. In the event I was in but had someone on standby at the revised delivery address where the phone should have been delivered. However, despite changing the delivery address the phone was nevertheless delivered to the original address !! Not impressive!
