I was told that the new SIM would have my current phone number on it but it didn't. I thought it might change after a few days but it didn't. I ended up going in to the EE shop who tried to see if I had been set up with a new account on the new number. They couldn't find any trace of the new number at all so have warned me that I should keep an eye on my bank statements in case I end up being charges twice. They told me that, apparently, Mobiles.Co.Uk have form for doing that! The phone itself seems ok but I'm not at all happy with the inconvenience and concern caused.
