My parcel got delivered to the wrong address and I've contacted your company, and they said DPD will investigate. Your company said that it's an internal dispute between me and DPD saying it's my fault. Your company isn't even helping me with the situation and I've paid a lot for the upfront cost. This is unbelievable.
