Pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy Alpha on the 1st September knowing it was available from the 12th. Checked the order status on the 12th and it still hadn't shipped. Cost me £2-£3 in phone calls at 10p/min to get it dispatched and didn't receive it until the 15th. More annoyingly, my contract started on the 12th so three extra days I'm paying for but didn't have the sim or phone! No offer of compensation, no definitive explanation of why it wasn't shipped.
Poor, very poor.
