Well I am still without a phone even though it should of been delivered in the 5th September I received my free gift and sim but no phone, I have rang numerous times one phone call cost me £8 and was told someone would contact me within 5 days as dpd were disputing it even though i rang soon as my parcel arrive and i noticed there was no phone and was informed by the driver my phone would follow mobiles.co.uk said they needed to investigate I am still waiting. I have already recieved my first bill and its showing I cant upgrade till September 2016 so I thinks they need to sort the communication between there selfs and dpd a bit better.
