No problems with delivering the phone, then Talkmobile "ported" my number 3 days later. Now it's the day 12 since I've signed up with Talkmobile and ported my old number (I've logged an incident ticket with them ref: ORC-873-90885). The issue is still not resolved and I cannot receive incoming calls or texts.
It's a joke!
I doubt the professionalism of Talkmobile / Vodafone Networking team where they allegedly "resolved" the problem without simply checking if the callback to my number would work. How pathetic!
I feel that I reserve the right to cancel the contract with no obligations or returns if the problem is not fixed within this week.
I keep all our correspondence with Talkmobile Customer Service if it needs to be presented in a lawsuit.
