Delivery wasn't particularly fast. I paid 2 days line rental for nothing. Process and transactions were straightforward, however I specifically said NO INSURANCE. .!! So why now must I cancel a direct debit with phone care? A direct debit that I never set up or agreed to. £12 a month and £60 excess? Do you think that I'm an idiot? The girl was rude, stuck up and arsey when I tried to cancel. She kept putting me on hold. Pathetic joke. I already have with LV. And please tell talk talk to stop harassing me!!!!
