I was annoyed at first because when I ordered the handset the website said 'in stock', but within 10 mins of the orderconfirmation I had a 2nd email saying that it was out of stock and they would be in touch within 7 days! However, I went online to the chatroom, and a lady called Clare checked the stock and told me I could have the phone in white rather than black if I wanted it right away (which I did). She was helpful, and by the end of the day I had the confirmation email as promised. This morning the courier contacted me to tell me the hour of delivery, and they arrived 15 mins after the start of that hour. The phone looks brand new even though it is a refurb, and a brief play around with it would indicate that all is okay with it. Hoping that the cashback claims are this easy and efficient!
