Order taken and handled well. Agreed delivery date of phone for 2nd October. Unfortunately the delivery was made on 30 September when I was not available. This wasted one of my 'automatic' DPD deliveries.
Absolutely impossible to speak to a customer adviser to resolve this situation due to short working hours, no option to e-mail and huge queue for 'chat' system.
