Synopsis: I ordered the phone online. Delivery date was stated as 19/09/2014. Was told no stock, no delivery date. Complained and was offered free accessories but no delivery date.
Waited until the website said in stock for delivery 02/10/2014. Complained some more and got the phone on 02/10/2014. Had the wrong size SIM so I had to go into town to get a nano SIM. HUGE amount of hassle. Have been told I will get refund of 1 month as a result.
