My order was processed very fast, quick delivery of product, and I am very pleased with the quality of the phone and service.
My only reason not to give five stars is that the phone has a mark on the side, and not all original accessories suggesting it isn't just an 'as new' customer return, (but then again it is refurbished) and my first bill from O2 is slightly higher than expected, but admin costs must be covered.
Overall very happy, and would recommend
