I sent the phone back to you the next day as I brought it over the internet, and it wasn't made clear at all to me that you had to recover the costs of cash back every so many months. This was not I signed up for and totally mis sold the phone. I also found it difficult to contact customer service by phone and didn't particularly find the operator helpful or understanding. I wouldn't consider ever buying a phone for you again. Very poor service!
