Before you read this review, note, the phone did arrive 1 day ahead of plan, and the delivery service provided by DPD was very good.
However, The wrong network SIM arrived with my phone.
I wasn't able to send an email from my account to raise this issue, the only option was `live chat'.
The live chat waiting time was over half an hour, and then I got cut off. I re-submitted my request several times, and on one occasion I was number 42 on the list.
When I finalled phoned through, I waited 40 mins before being served.
Dissapointed with their customer services response time.
