Website was helpful and I found the phone I was looking for at a very good price. Unfortunately the on-line chat facility is for existing accounts so the only way to raise a pre-sales query is via a relatively expensive 0871 number. Staff were helpful and seemed knowledgeable - although it is too early for me to tell if all answers given were accurate. The account details used for Mobiles.co.uk were passed on to my selected network provider - this is most inconvenient as it has resulted in an additional account with the provider using an e-mail address that is not the one I would have chosen.
