Initially I was told I would receive the phone on 9/10/14 but then received an email to tell me high demand meant it wasn't available. This was followed by two emails of the same ilk and a phone call on the Friday asking if the matter was urgent. I was told that I'd receive a further call to update on ”Tuesday or Wednesday" and that I would receive a ”free gift". I did not receive a call but instead an email confirming that delivery would be made on the 16/10/14 and I am so far unaware of this mysterious ”free gift". It was delivered on time but was the black version and not the white that had been ordered, this is not a real problem as I now prefer the colour. Subsequently, I have been sent 6 emails prompting me to complete this review, I would suggest less emails would be appreciated. Finally, I am very happy with the phone, it is just the service I found to be sub-par. From an over abundance of emails and delivering the wrong colour of phone a week late to calling me on a number I couldn't call back, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Why take an order that you were not currently in a position to fulfill? And confirm delivery for the 9/10/14 when this was an impossibility? I feel the service has let down an excellent refurbishment.
