On the 20/10/2014, I ordered an iPhone 5s (gold) on the online store, as it could be dispatched the next day. I received an email to confirm my purchase, along with confirmation details of a refurbished phone (which I'd viewed, but I hadn't intended to order!), and a note to say that the gold iPhone was out of stock. I called the sales team, and spoke to a foreign chap, who said that he'd cancelled the refurbished iPhone order, and the gold one - but did I want a silver one instead, as these were in stock, and I could get it the next day? I agreed. He confirmed at the end of the conversation that there was a new order, and the two online orders had been cancelled. Today (21/10/2014), I took delivery of parcel 1, which contained a refurbished iPhone!; I refused parcel 2, which apparently contained a gold one. After a 24 minute telephone conversation to customer services (helpful lady, but she wanted me to pay for return postage!!), it was clear that the chap hadn't cancelled either of the orders. Overall, the after sales team really let this company down. Haven't even examined the products, as neither are the ones I ordered! I wouldn't recommend - unless you don't mind what phone you get in the parcel!
