Phone colour ordered wasn't available and there was going to be a two week wait. I only found this out when I was told my delivery address wasn't acceptable, so changed it online which ended up being a mixture of my previous and current addresses, then I phoned up and it took half an hour to confirm my new address, this was when i was told that the colour i had ordered wasn't available. Then DPD tried to deliver it to the wrong house about half a mile from where it should have gone. They couldn't find it so they put the sorry we missed you card through a random letter box. I then had to speak to DPD to arrange redelivery... I eventually got my phone but wouldn't recommend mobiles.co.uk
