The phone was ordered for my husband in my name and it has caused my current phone to be disabled. I have been unable to make calls for 48 hrs and the problem is still not rectified. This was not an upgrade and there was no mention that my number would be affected from this sale. My number was simply given as it stated it was needed for the credit check. For this reason if has caused me and my husband a lot of inconvenience and cost me money by making calls to aim to rectify the situation.
