I am outraged at the length of time it took me today to get through to your Customer Services department. I tried to use the chat online service several times, received the message that there were some 20+ people waiting in front of me and then was disconnected repeatedly. I then tried to use your telephone service. When I heard the message that the maximum wait was over 20 minutes, I rang off. This happened repeatedly. Finally when the message was that the maximum wait was 10 minutes I stayed on the line and was answered in about 20 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. It is not good enough to say that you have a high volume of calls. The high volume of calls is not the problem. It is that you do not have enough people and phones to answer your customers.
