Ordered phone was told in stock then told out of stock wait a week do not contact them. A few days later was told still out of stock by email. Had no contact details finally found a number was an 0871 number after 25 Minutes in a Que had to hang up because of price of call. 10 days later a knock at door lucky I was in and it was the phone I was not informed before of the delivery. Once opened there was no contract no instructions for phone and I don't know when the money will be taken from my account. The phone is showing faults you cant hear properly you have to use speaker phone. Plus the data is nearly done after a few days and everything runs off data my son tells me i wanted unlimited data! Not happy at all a really bad experience im regretting.
