Website purchase, easy
No confirmation email received as suggested when approval had been given, so poor
Live chat, customer login showed in my messages centre that www.mobiles.co.uk had sent me two emails, yet nothing had been received. Equally the message centre didn't show the content of the emails which wasn't helpful at all.
I then had to ring a premium line only to be told the phone had sold out, something I specifically asked when ordering, so that was disappointing.
Samide, the customer service agent was helpful though and phoned me back a few hours later to say they had a colour variant and from thereon in, everything went smoothly
