Very unhappy. I'm not gr8 with new phones & thought Id treat myself. It took me ages to try & understand how to work it ... and then I realised Mobiles.co.uk had sent me the wrong SIM cards (not a nano sim). I spent ages waiting for customer support online, and then was told they can't re-issue SIMs. Because of their error (seriously if you are selling a phone surely you know which SIM cards go in it!!) I'm now having to make a special trip to a town tomorrow (I live in a little village) & have been told that I will be charged for the SIM instore! :-(. Its either that or wait four days for another one which I can't do as I'm mobile-phone less (other one broke) and am a female on a motorbike & I need one for safety reasons.
