Atrocious service from Mobiles.co.uk
First the phone was delivered to the incorrect address by the courier. When I tried to contact the courier about my order, they informed me that they were unable to arrange a collection and redelivery unless authorised by Mobiles.co.uk
Unfortunately Mobiles.co.uk make it very difficult to get in touch. Calling them involves sitting in a queue for about 25mins and even online chat involves long queues: "
Sorry for the delay, all of our agents are busy on other chats. Someone will be with you as soon as possible. You're currently number 15 in queue." Furthermore, it takes them a few days to respond to email, so if there is a problem with the phone and contract it will take a while to get in touch with them to solve the problem!!!
Furthermore, agents seem keen to make promises that they don't deliver. I managed to chat with an agent on Tuesday who promised to inform O2 of the cancellation on the same day and send me an email confirmation of the cancellation agreement. Today is Saturday, and I still haven't received it. Instead, I have received my bill from O2.
All in all, it has been a highly unsatisfactory service experience.
