After having my phone for the total of. 4 days the screen cracked when I placed the phone down on a coffee table, it took several attempts to contact mobikes uk twice waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes, I then decided to use the live chat system on the website on the first day I waited nearly 2 hours and never got to talk to anybody as I had to go out before I got to the top of the que .The next day I tried again it only took nearly 50 minutes to talk to somebody, mobiles.co.uk refused to help with the problem and told me to contact sony about my phone, Sony had already told me to talk to mobiles.co.UK because the phone is so new! so I am stuck with knackered phone and a 2year contract - Any way my point if you want any kind of aftersales service don't use mobiles.co.UK
