I received the mobile ( iPhone 6) with scratches and marks at the back. I tried to call Customer Service 5 times and waited for 10 minutes every time paying premium rates for the number but did not get anyone to speak to. I also tried online chat which never ever works. I don't know how this issue can be raised. I had to use the phone and i had to insert the new SIM as my earlier number was ported . I will not recommend mobiles.co.uk to any one and probably going to post this in forums as well. Apart from good deals , its the customer service which matters.
