Your contact with me and your delivery was very good. However, whatever you did with T-Mobile resulted in me having no data access or phone access until I received my upgrade. This meant I could only make 999 calls and could not use my data plan (either current or upgraded). It also meant no-one could call me. I did not have this problem on the last 4 occasions of upgrading with the same mobile provider. If your Customer Service had not been so good I would have rated you Very Poor. I have been a customer of EE - T-Mobile - One to One since 1999 (over 15 years) This upgrade left me incommunicado for 2 days. This is not good. All said and done, your staff are polite, informative and helpful. Why as a third party you failed to keep connectivity, I don't know. Especially as other third parties have made it seamless. Please improve this essential part and I'd be happy to recommend you as Very Good.
