Overall, happy with service. I ordered 2 iPhone 5c's for my children to use. One order got accepted and the second was rejected by the network provider....I think cos they thought duplicate account! So after receiving an email to inform me - I rang up and spoke to a really helpful rep. He set another order up (with my wife) and organised the 2 phones for delivery at a convenient point for me. My only criticism is that I got no email confirmation of this second order, so it didn't look like two phones were definitely being delivered. A minor thing, I know, but one of my children was panicking they wouldn't get a phone!!!! All in all, a good service. Great offers. Good prices. Really good staff. Cheers guys.
