I bought a Sony Expedia phone with an o2 contract but was sent an orange Sim in error. I have emailed 7 times but had no reply. I called the help line was put on hold, given other incorrect numbers which has taken over an hour of my time. Eventually told to go to my local car phone warehouse where they would be able to swap the Sim. Surprise surprise they told me I'd been 'fobbed off' and they couldn't help me. This company needs to look up the definition of customer service. In the meantime l still have a phone that doesn't work.
