Other than receiving an email to say I had been declined, then the next day another to say my order had been dispatched, the service was good. When tols I had been declined I went elsewhere to apply for another and had a lot of hastle to cancel the other when I found out I was actually gettjng my phone. I love the phone, just please be aware to let your customers know if you have techinical problems.
